Neild.
Zen is an ancient Japanese word indicating "no mind" or "that which cannot be named". It describes a merging with the Primal Creative Source through a direct experience of the NOW. Tara is a venerated Tibetan deity, Goddess of Compassion. Her resplendant and protective presence reverberates throughout time and space, offering inspiration and guidance to those seeking Enlightenment.
Combining these two high spiritual concepts and expressing them in color, texture and imagery allows both artist and viewers to journey into a timeless realm of contemplation, freedom, and exquisite joy.
These art works are spontaneous yet gentle explosions of creative energy from Taryn's meditations, produced using acrylic paints, metallic lustres, exotic papers, collage elements and found objects.
